Mama’s Eggrolls

Whenever I had a party as a kid, whether it be a birthday party or just a random sleepover, mom would feed us eggrolls. It was easy to eat and you could make a lot of them from a small amount of meat.

Now  I make them for parties just like she did!

  • Ground pork
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Shredded Potatoes (or cabbage if you prefer)
  • Bean Thread (Vermicelli)
  • Egg
  • Black fungus
  • Shredded onion
  • Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Thin Soy Sauce (or fish sauce if you prefer)
