Whenever I had a party as a kid, whether it be a birthday party or just a random sleepover, mom would feed us eggrolls. It was easy to eat and you could make a lot of them from a small amount of meat.
Now I make them for parties just like she did!

- Bean Thread (Vermicelli)
- Black fungus
- Shredded onion

- Salt & Thin Soy Sauce (or fish sauce if you prefer)
